Drees & Sommer UK has been appointed to the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, securing places on Lot 4 Surveying and Strategic Advice, Lot 8a PFI Technical and Strategic Advice Services and Lot 8b PFI Surveying Services. This marks an important step in the continued growth of our PFI and PPP advisory work across the UK public sector.
Over recent years, we’ve built strong relationships with many of the leading investors, operators and FM providers working across PFI and PPP assets. The framework appointment gives public sector organisations a direct and compliant route to access that expertise, whether they need technical due diligence, advisory support, or guidance through complex operational and commercial decisions. The CCS RM6343 framework is designed to help public sector organisations access clear, specialist advice on the management, transition and improvement of their estates. Through Lots 4, 8a and 8b, Drees & Sommer will support clients with services including technical assessments, lifecycle advice, contract reviews and commercial analysis.
