We are delighted to welcome Johnston Houston fully into the Drees & Sommer UK family as the consultancy officially rebrands under our name from 12 January 2026.
This rebrand marks the next step in our journey together following the successful acquisition in 2024. Johnston Houston has built a strong reputation in Northern Ireland for property and construction consultancy, and we are proud to combine that local expertise with Drees & Sommer’s global resources and innovative approach.

The team has continued to deliver outstanding results, including:
- Technical due diligence for the sale of Ernside Shopping Centre, one of Belfast’s most prominent retail destinations.
- Completion of Phases 1 and 2 of The Residences at Kings Hall, a 40-apartment retirement living scheme.
This rebrand represents an excellent opportunity for our clients and staff alike. As part of Drees & Sommer's international organisation, we now offer access to deep layers of expertise and experience across the full range of construction services, while maintaining the local knowledge and personal service our clients value. It was the natural next step following our strategic merger last year.
