After acting as the Purchasers Agent on behalf of our client Weaver Vale Housing Trust, we are pleased to share that the contracts have now been exchanged for the sale of 25 affordable homes on the Queens Meadow development in Shavington with Anwyl Homes.

These 25 units will be a mixture of affordable rent as well as shared ownership with the delivery of this project to be completed over the next 24 months.
