We are thrilled to announce the completion of the refurbishment of Lawnswood House.

We are proud to share that the refurbishment of Lawnswood House in Leeds for our client Hillview Real Estate has been completed. The new and improved office refurbishment was ESG focused in order to create a property that meets the needs of modern office occupiers. This includes the introduction of extensive natural lighting as well as the creation of flexible office layout, optimising the space for a range of occupiers.

Our multidisciplinary commercial experts were lead designers on this project as well as providing cost management, principal designer and employers agent services to the client. The contractor for this scheme was Stainforth Construction.
