Liverpool City Council





We have supported Liverpool City Council and Liverpool City regions through a number of distinct piece of consultancy. We provided the council with FM support from 2020 until 2022 and have established ourselves as a trusted consultant to the council.

For this project we initially undertook a gap analysis of the FM services and supported the local authority with a review of their Facilities Management delivery model. We provided the council with a full understanding and overview of their current arrangements. This report identified significant gaps within the council’s site and asset information. Without accurate data in these areas, a robust tender exercise would prove challenging, and would present a risk to the council. Following this review we successfully managed the procurement of their hard FM services.

We were also appointed by the council to undertake a programme of condition and asset surveys across the Liverpool City Region. The outputs of these surveys provided accurate information and have been used to develop robust procurement documentation and management of the maintenance programmes.
