Drees & Sommer UK was appointed by Standard Chartered Bank to deliver real estate and facility management consulting services with respect to the client’s international property portfolio.

Drees & Sommer’s five-year relationship with the client has involved the procurement of workplace services in two phases including; facility management, security, project management, energy and environmental services. Drees & Sommer led the PMO for procurement projects, contract mobilisations and transition phases. Our team provided SME support for the procurement activities. Our subject matter experts provided support to the client’s internal team. We instituted mid-term reviews on service performance prior to contract renewal. Drees & Sommer also led the PMO to put in place a global asset and transaction management contract.
