Due to its size, this scheme is a high-profile project for Latimer and therefore has drawn significant stakeholder input. As a consequence, the team have liaised with Latimer’s Sales and Marketing teams in relation to product specification, variation of works, improvements to basic provisions, etc. to ensure required changes are agreeable to all parties and instructed in sufficient time. There has been a phased handover to enable fit-out of a Sales and Marketing Suite at ground level, as well as a subsequent show apartment.

The project remains under construction with the concrete frame due for completion in September 2021. The Sales and Marketing Suite is to be handed over (as a shell) in November 2021, show apartment in February 2022 and the two blocks phased thereafter.
