Drees & Sommer have been working with client Novo Property Group for many years. The successful completion of these schemes created numerous homes with excellent specifications and intelligent designs.

Our specialist multi-disciplinary private residential team provided the client with Project Management, Employers Agent, Cost Management as well as Contract Administration services on a range of projects.

Albert Vaults

Designed for city living, Albert Vaults offers an enviable combination of style and convenience, providing a stylish retreat for those looking to work, play and relax in this Powerhouse City. Excellent specifications and intelligent design combine to create fabulous homes for city dwellers.

Brown Street

This project saw the transformation of the former Hale Station car park into 22 new homes and a multi-storey car park. The project sits within the highly sought-after area of Hale. Ten of these homes comprise of 3-bedroom luxury town houses whilst the remaining twelve are affordable apartments.

Weavers Cottage

On behalf of Southway Housing Trust and their development partner Novo Property Group, we supported in the delivery of their £2.3 million affordable housing development in Altrincham, Manchester. This project saw the redevelopment of an existing set of terraced houses, that were converted and extended to provide two and three-bedroom houses. This development was marketed as one of Southway Housing Trust’s first through its Gecko Homes brand.

New Street

This project saw the construction of 15 affordable homes in what is a conservation area in the heart of Altrincham, Greater Manchester. The shared-ownership properties are split between five one-bed apartments on the ground floor, along with 10 two-bed apartments on the upper floors. This is the second Southway Housing Trust, Gecko Homes brand, project to be delivered by Drees & Sommer.
