Building Circularity Passports

Our subsidiary company, EPEA, coined the Material Passport concept through the European-funded BAM-B research project.

We have continued to develop this into what we call a circularity passport: a tool that informs design and operation and enables the residual value of materials to be captured through data.

We have defined the metrics that assess building circularity and, through applying the science-based and details-oriented C2C approach we use these to enable projects to move towards a circular economy, both in the flow of materials and in their economic performance.
