Health & Safety Auditing

Undertaking monitoring of the construction work activity and the management arrangements of the appointed Principal Contractor or Contractors on a regular basis is a key client obligation under CDM 2015.

We provide tailored site monitoring, providing a snapshot in time as to site-based activities; reporting through a bespoke auditing tool that incorporates actions requiring attention and photographic evidence and attainment of scores, all rolled up into a dashboard of compliance across all areas of activity.

We use this to summarise, create action plans for implementation and provide regular and effective monitoring along with key performance indicators (KPIs). This allows us to analyse trends in delivery and overall competence of Health & Safety management, which is key when undertaking construction projects.
